Clipline is provided by Philippe Rödlach, Münchner Straße 134, 6100 Seefeld in Tirol, Austria (see the imprint). These terms apply to all use of Clipline, free and paid. Customers' own terms do not apply.
Clipline passes text and files between devices, team members and sessions. Entries are deleted automatically after 15 minutes and files after 60 minutes. Clipline is not storage or a backup: keep your own copy of anything you need. Plans, limits and prices are listed on the website at the time of ordering.
The Free plan starts when you register. Paid plans start when your order is confirmed by e-mail. A trial ends after 30 days without further action unless you choose a plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month, yearly plans at the end of the year, by e-mail.
Prices are in euros. As a small business under § 6 (1) 27 UStG, no VAT is charged. Invoices are sent by e-mail and are due within 14 days. Transfer above the included amount costs the price shown on the website and is charged only after you were told by e-mail.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving reasons, by a clear statement to [email protected]. If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the time until you withdrew (§ 16 FAGG). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Don't use Clipline for unlawful content, malware distribution, spam, or to attack or overload the service. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your password and API tokens safe. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.
Clipline aims for high availability but gives no guarantee unless agreed in writing. Maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Liability for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury is unlimited. For slight negligence, Clipline is not liable, except towards consumers where the law does not allow this. Towards businesses, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the damage, and lost data is not compensated since the service deletes entries by design.
See the privacy policy. Business customers can conclude a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Changes to these terms are announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. If you object, you can cancel before they take effect.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected. For businesses, the competent court at the provider's place of business has jurisdiction.
